I lost my Misha to idiopathic epilepsy last year when he was only four. Hang in there, and I hope your boy's seizures respond to medical management.
Thank you, Natasha. He was on one medication for anxiety. Then he started to have seizures so they added another medication that made it impossible for him to even walk, he was so doped up. I did some research and learned that the first medicine may cause seizures so we stopped the dopey prescription and swapped out one anxiety medication for another. I had hoped the seizures were over but they aren't, apparently. And they can be so scary.
I am so sorry Satia, hopefully he is doing better today.
If I didn't know better, I'd swear he timed it perfectly. He had a drop off puppy appointment today and Rob is talking to the vet about things. It's good that it's been a while since the last seizure. It's not good that my being unemployed is keeping us from getting him the full medical treatment he needs.
